1. Service Description

Reddvu ("the Service") is a web-based media viewer that aggregates and displays publicly available content from Reddit and third-party platforms including Imgur and Redgifs. Reddvu does not host, store, or re-host any user-generated content. All media is loaded directly from its original source. The Service is operated by Reddvu ("we," "us," or "our") and is accessible at reddvu.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access content marked as NSFW (Not Safe for Work) on Reddvu. Users under the age of 18 may use the Service only to access content designated as SFW (Safe for Work).

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who misrepresents their age.

3. Accounts

Reddvu accounts are anonymous by default. When you first use the Service, an anonymous account identifier is generated that is not tied to any personal information.

If you choose to upgrade to an email-based account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Reddvu offers premium subscriptions on a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($29.99/year) basis. Subscriptions are auto-renewing and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until your current billing period expires.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. By subscribing, you agree to this billing arrangement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service or its content
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the Service
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with premium features or access restrictions
• Redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit content accessed through the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

6. Content Disclaimer

All content displayed on Reddvu is sourced from Reddit and third-party platforms (Imgur, Redgifs, and others). Reddvu does not control, curate, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content displayed through the Service.

Content remains the intellectual property of its original creators and the platforms on which it was originally published. Reddvu claims no ownership over any third-party content.

7. DMCA and Copyright

Reddvu respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, please refer to our DMCA Policy for information on how to submit a takedown notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Reddvu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, revenue, or profits.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of content sourced from third-party platforms. Third-party services (including Reddit, Imgur, and Redgifs) are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of Reddvu after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
